Add the STUDENT'S EMAIL, if desired.

Select PERSONAL INSTRUMENT. Enter:

INSTRUMENT TYPE: (e.g.: "SAXOPHONE")

BRAND: (Emblem on case)
-
SERIAL NUMBER (stamped on instrument)

Select gender for your child
-
If you would like to receive TEXT MESSAGING REMINDERS from us, enter your cell phone number and carrier (Standard messaging rates may apply)

IMPORTANT: Click UPDATE (upper right corner).
